By using JoDoIndia, you agree to submit accurate information and use the platform only for lawful business, professional and local search purposes.

User accounts

• Google login is required for user registration and listing submission.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• False, duplicate, spam or misleading listings may be rejected or removed.

Listing submissions

Business listings and individual professional listings are stored in separate database tables. Submitted listings remain pending until admin approval. Approval does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, quality or pricing of any service.

Business owner status

After successful business submission, the user remains a standard user and is additionally marked as business owner. After professional submission, the user is additionally marked as professional owner.

Prohibited content

Users must not submit illegal services, abusive content, fake contact details, stolen business identity, malware links, adult exploitation, hate content or content violating Indian law.

Limitation of liability

JoDoIndia is a directory platform. Users must verify vendors, professionals, documents, prices, service quality and identity before making payments or decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the latest terms.
